With the deepening of the "the Belt and Road" initiative, we will embark on a new journey by taking advantage of China's opening up strategy. The "Silk Road Studies International Forum" has attracted more than 70 scholars from China, Ukraine, Greece, India and other countries to give relevant research reports at the conference. Among them, Professor Huang Minxing's speech topic is "The Historical Background of the Syrian Civil War from the Perspective of Nation State Construction"; Professor Han Zhibin's speech topic is "Types and Influence of Middle Eastern Tribes".

This forum has promoted in-depth research on the history, current situation, theory, and practice of Silk Road studies, and deepened national and regional studies. This has opened up a beneficial exploration of joint consultation and construction of Silk Road studies, and jointly building a community of shared future for Silk Road academia. The "the Belt and Road" is a new philosophy related to the global order and a new plan for global governance, as well as a new understanding of China's identity and a new reflection on "China's relationship with the world". Only when Chinese scholars use the theoretical paradigm and discourse system with Chinese characteristics to influence the world can the the Belt and Road Initiative gain more international recognition and support.
